Orders + Returns FAQs

We want every piece you order to be just as perfect as your little one! To keep things simple and stress-free, we’ve answered a few of our most common questions below.

  • When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Can I return an item? We will happily exchange tagged, unwashed, regular-priced merchandise with the receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • Do you offer refunds? We provide store credit only for eligible returns. No refunds.
  • What items are final sale? All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • How do I start a return? All returns require prior authorization. Email us at: bucklesandbows2016@gmail.com 
  • Do I have to pay for return shipping? Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • What if my item arrives damaged? Reach out within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of you!
